Shipment and Payment Information

How will it be shipped?

Your package will be sent via Post, GLS or Coureon, depending on the destination and the weight of the package. Track your package with the shipment tracking number, that way you can always know where your package is.

 

How much does it cost?

We ship globally, you can find the costs for your country on our shipping cost table.

 

How long does it take?

Your order will be processed once the payment goes through. The shipment of the goods will follow within 5 business days. We will do our best to be quicker, so you can enjoy your Megasus Horserunners as soon as possible J.

How can I pay?

We can offer the following payment options:

  • Credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Sofort Bank Transfer (available in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands)
  • Giropay (Online Bank Transfer Germany)
  • Advance payment

Please note that foreign bank transfers can incur fees that must be fully paid by the customer. So please choose “Bank expenses to be borne by the customer”. We can send your order as soon as the invoiced amount has been received by us.

 

How is it taxed?

When delivering packages, within the EU to private customers, the sales tax / value added tax is already included in the price.

Businesses within the Eurozone are exempt from taxes on the shipment, if they have successfully registered in our B2B Shop and have supplied a valid VAT-ID-number (intracommunity supply)

Deliveries to a third country (outside the EU) are tax free. However, the customer may be required to pay sales taxes or custom duties in their own country.

 

What happens when I am unsatisfied with the goods?

As a consumer, you are entitled to the legal right of cancellation. As stated in the General Terms and Conditions agreement, you can return your package within 14 days if the goods are unused, intact and in saleable condition.

Returns are to be announced by means of a cancellation form and sufficient postage. Returned packages that are not carriage free will not be accepted.
